Abstract

This research investigates the mechanical properties and environmental impact of concrete incorporating recycled ocean plastic as partial aggregate replacement. Results demonstrate that 15% plastic substitution maintains compressive strength while reducing carbon footprint by 23% and addressing marine pollution.
